The seriously social club for people in publishing

Come and meet us

The Galley Club is the not-for-profit* social club, founded in 1933, for all involved in the production and publishing process to promote and discuss all aspects of our trades and crafts from concept to publication.

Visitors are very welcome to attend any 'speaker evening' by registering for the event on-line. Guest bookings may be registered beforehand, on Eventbrite or via our Facebook page. Apart from early-bird guest tickets, with promotions, our full rate guest tickets on-line are generally £10; or you may pay £12 on the door.

*A ‘not-for-profit’ organisation is a group organised for the purpose of literary, social, charitable, educational, athletic, political, religious or other such activities. There are many different sorts of 'not-for-profit' organisations, although they all have one thing in common: the people involved in the 'not-for-profit' organisation cannot use it to make personal financial gain.
